William is a Philadelphia native who laid roots in Kansas City. In his spare time this self-proclaimed “outdoor man” can be found hiking or running. He also enjoys building things, flying airplanes and spending time with his family.

Chris McDonald is a loan officer at WPL Mortgage Solutions with over two decades of experience in real estate and finance. Specializing in Conventional, FHA, and VA loans, as well as small acreages and rental properties, Chris draws on his background as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser to provide clients with expert advice. His previous work with major financial institutions and his retail experience honed his strong communication and customer service skills, making him approachable, attentive, and adaptable to clients’ needs. Outside of his professional role, Chris is dedicated to giving back. He actively volunteers with a non-profit supporting widows and orphans in developing countries, participates in mission trips, and donates his time to Klassic Kloset, a local charitable organization.
